Mian Features :

1. Automatic gas filling press machine adopt 4 servo motors which has assembling ,

   pressing and automatic gas filling functions. Ensure the insulating glass argon 

    gas concentration is kept at 90%.

2. Automatic detect the length and height of glass, automatic adjust the best filling time.

3. The machine have Loading section, washing and drying section, transportation section, 

    Washing quality inspection & Aluminum spacer mounting section, transportation section, 

     Servo driving plate press section, tilt unloading section.(8 sections)

4. The machine adopt the advanced servo motor, gear and rack press technology, through 

    digital PLC control system, main components are world famous brand. The whole machine 

    features powerful function and reliable.

5. The production line can produce triple glazing, double glazing, curtain wall glass, over long 

     glass unit and stepped glass.
